I saw your pictures on the trainer, you are a big dude, athlete type with perfect body proportion for cycling, I can tell you will put some good usages into that crankset, $1200 is well worth it, I am sure it will make your already bad ass S2 even HOTTER.:thumb:
The rest of you are silly. I play xbox for one night, and you all have run amok in this thread.... |
The reason I said that was we had exchanged posts in another thread before, remember I was amazed by how tall your saddle is on your S2?

It's all good. I appreciate the compliment. I actually lowered the saddle, and pushed it back a bit per advice given in that thread. By the way, I have more hotness on the way for the S2. Stay tuned....
|
I love the Ontare. Would look better in pics with black tape, saddle. Barends not pointing at bottom bracket, more like rear brake caliper, rear dropouts at least. Saddle nose tilted up a bit. Old school stem would look nicer on it too.

Do you notice the difference yet?

The difference was noticed immediately. I've only ridden the new position on the rollers, and trainer. Too hard to say, just yet if I like it, but I will give it a honest try. My saddle to bar drop is just under 5" now.
|
I also had it with cinelli bullhorns. Its my first build so i been experimenting on components and setup. on the stem did you mean like this one

But i bet there is a difference in your pedal stroke and the manner in which the power is applied. BTW trying to send you some pics but Im not smart enough to figure out how to include them in a pm.
