Got this one back up and running a couple of nights ago. I forgot how nicely 9 speed Campy (Daytona/Veloce) feels. I need to re-acquaint myself with this ride.

Oh my... Someone will probably complain about the wheels and saddle but I love this.

Looks fantastic. All black bikes are pathetic.

These photos don't do the color justice. Hot bike, needs deeper race-wheels though.

One of the best looking mass-produced frames on the market, great looking wheels too. Fire hot.

That seatpost looks much better without the branding. Did the hollow part help at all over rough pavement?

Not really, the Cannondale post is a bit more comfy. I also had crazy corrosion with that Al post.

Not.

2 more generic, off-the-rack bikes that anyone can grab from their LBS. Not a lot of personalization. They just look cheap, TBH.

While, I agree about the personalization, I don't think there's much more to update them on them. Still, a small splash of color anywhere would be an added bonus. If I wanted to nitpick, I'd say the chainring on the C60 isn't as nice as some of the other campy options, but whatever.

That repainted Evo looks fantastic. There's part of me that would like a new bike and the other part of me still likes my Evo...maybe I should have it repainted...

Right. Both just scream "my first road bike!!" without any thought to quality, longevity, or style. They also look heavy... 25+ lbs?

Thanks. I plan to keep this bicycle a decade, then it goes on the wall. The paint already has a ton of chips and **** from using it, but it's all one color and there is lots of paint left over so it's easy to touch up. I can race the thing with more confidence now because I'm not so worried about doing repairs on it and then matching paint, and it's super unique.

I say paint it, get away from the rolling bill-boards. PM me if you need the graphics files.

Also, check the head-tube:

Your sarcasm (I hope it's sarcasm) isn't translating well over the internet.
