They had to use subtitles, because they all talk with their thick Scottish accents, and yew kin beerly enderstend the fookin konts. I can't see why there's such a big hullabaloo. Even if funding remained at $15M that's still peanuts compared to what's required. It might be enough build a couple of short cycleways here and there, but it isn't going to scratch the surface is it? I bet they spend millions on stupid (ie. non-infrastructure) items like the annual Cycle Sydney ride :eek:
