Bike Forums - Addiction I

It started out just being about crosstraining, then I got mixed up with Foo, then the "ask pcad anything" thread, then the "ask Holly anything" thread. After a while (about a year) I sort of started backing off and just checking the odd thread, but I haven't left yet. Don't know why ... I guess this whole forum just grew on me. A few days ago a friend sent this link to me after the "merging" in foo of all the "ask" threads ... so I figure, WTH I might as well post a few things here and there. So it goes.

I totally forgot about the ask anything thread you had. Another round of doh!I understand about the growing on me thing.... kind of like a fungus, I think there's a cream for it though, so its all good. "Left yet" whadaya mean? why would you leave such a nice place as this? Hang out, talk bikes, hassle uncle pcad, its all in good fun. we are a better more diverse group with ya.

I have a multitool, tube, and CO2 on one side. The other side holds my wallet and cell phone. If my phone was smaller, it could fit in the mesh pocket on top. As it is, I put my GPS in there, since I don't have a bike mount for it yet (Garmin Dakota 20).

Well...and my smokes and chewing gum. And a .25

While listening to RHCP I started looking up stuff about them and found an interview with Flea. Everyday he gets up, smokes a huge bowl, and then takes a bath in a tub full of cream cheese.

And Anthony Kiedis got into Heroin when he was 13. He came home from school and saw his dad left a line of coke out, so he snorted it. Later his dad laughed and told him it was H. The F'd up-ness of that story has etched it into my head.
