Don't worry. Getting laid isn't that hard. Hell, I get laid once a month whether I need or not. One of the advantages of married life.

Sweet Jesus what a clusterfark.

Coincidentally, I watched the same thing, which is notable because I don't watch that much PBS. It's also a testimony to the quality of other TV programming.

Anyway, it helps when you spell your atrocities correctly: My Lai.

Awesome how the one guy convicted was soon released due to public pressure. I guess the pictures of dead babies in the ditch really didn't bother people that much.

Maybe all the friggin screaming imbeciles who are so rah-rah about military adventures should be compelled to watch this PBS documentary the next time we're debating sending Americans into war. Because they're all the same. Similar tragedies occur in every friggin stupid skull farked war. Women, babies and old men slaughtered by mistake. And after watching this, you do feel that it was a combination of military intelligence eff up and the madness of war. In the end you can't control war, it's madness that always runs amok. God help us war is so effing stupid and usually pointless.

Now you idiots can move this whole stupid effing thread to P&R. Knock yourselves out. Like I give a crap. Of course, I don't particularly feel anything I've written here is particularly debatable or controversial if you have brain cells between your friggin ears.

In a few years there will be plenty of documentaries about the madness going on in Iraq and Afghanistan, it really is a shame that so many people have to suffer needlessly.

Was this mentioned in the program? I didn't see the entire thing:

Three U.S. servicemen who made an effort to halt the massacre and protect the wounded were denounced by U.S. Congressmen, received hate mail and death threats and found mutilated animals on their doorsteps.[5] Only 30 years after the event were their efforts honored.[6]
That's awesome too.

Leave the Semantic Interpretation to me, you worry about winning the bike races.

patentcad 04-27-10 08:09 AM

In fact, my next thread may be Pcad's Bike Schwag Blog.

patentcad 04-27-10 08:10 AM

I'll tell you what, you guys start a blog, I'll post on BF, let's see who gets more traffic.

patentcad 04-27-10 08:11 AM

Blogs are stupid anyway. So is cycling. Nothing could ever be as massively dumb as a cycling blog.
