Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

There needs to be a reality show on TV where pcad and gstein move in together.

Bikes: Have two wheels

So, what'd I miss?

Oh, nothing as usual.

I needed a midday ride. So, I went.

Suck on that, all of you cubicle slaves.

You should save the comedy for others. Fail.

There actually appears to be some marginally interesting cycling-related banter going on.

Correct. But save it for the 33, nobody here cares, and it's over their (Fr)heads anyway.

I am not retired by the way. But my dog Sam is, so that's something.

I think you are doing a very good job of representing pCad's point of having no sense of humor. And an inability to not be so literal.

I find it humorous that you see me as believing I am so intelligent. And, I don't really care what level anyone is at. Sports to me is entertainment. And sometimes, athletes are entertaining.

That's what I was trying to do by forming such a reality tv show.

You'd have more fun if you weren't so angry all the time.

I've also learned that my self worth might increase by sponsoring a local cycling team.

Out of curiousity, do you (pcad) ride on the team your company sponsors?

Honest, if you start with that line again I swear I'll start to tell real life pcad stories.

You're mistaking me thinking you're a tool with not having a sense of humor. Believe me I'm laughing at you.

And I'm good with that. Of course, that's never been an issue for me, I don't take myself or life all that seriously.

The irony of me having to figure out your typos to say I don't take anything seriously.

Well, if gsteinb DOES have ice cream, I don't want the same flavor.

Knock yourself out. After bicycle racing, your favorite past time seems to be denigrating people on BF. Hey, eff BF. For that matter eff the whole planet. What's left of it after BP is done with it that is.

Just saw a guy take off down the road on a motorcycle. He had a black helmet with a red mohawk. Kind of like if you took the brush part of an ice scraper and stuck it on the top.
