I don't have it here in front of me. I think it was 36 mg/dL the last test several months ago. The previous time it was even lower.

My LDL number has always been fine, but the HDL needs help.

Actually it was a race where only like 18 people showed up for all the races so they combined them into one race. I was trying to bridge to a three man break and couldn't get a witness, so I went alone. Never caught them. You never caught me. I finished 4th, less than 100 meters in front of the field sprint. Trust me on this. I don't get into the top 5 in races very often, as you know.

It rained a bit earlier in the afternoon--just enough to wet the ground and jack up the humidity.

I finished the ride drenched in sweat. But that's what happens when you lay down an impressive time in a Boulevard de Freds "time trial," as I did.

I'm going to do some sprint work outs tomorrow. Going to a flat stretch of road with no lights or stop signs, no turns. Perfect. I guess I'll just sprint down, coast back, repeat. It's like 7/10 of a mile I think.
