Heavy partying in my youth.

90 minutes just now. Cleaned the drive trains on the Cervelo, the Scott, the Ibis. I can't even describe what a grimy disgusting job that is. But if you don't do it the stupid bikes go clicky clack when you climb hills, which drives me nuts.

Velo Gator 08-01-10 05:27 PM

Well I'm satisfied.

Hi Pcad! Hows the legs feelin' after that long ride?

Crispy.

But the right knee feels great. The Synvisc injections have worked their anti-arthritic magic once again. Amazing drug.

Bulemia belongs in cycling, not soccer.

I took the cable out of the front derailleur because it was outside the bottom bracket guide.

Now how is it supposed to go back? Between the washer and the derailleur? Or the washer and the bolt? How tight? It doesn't want to shift to the big ring now.

It should be on the outside of the fixing bolt (furthest from the pivot point) and torqued to 6 Nm.

or this.

Velo Gator 08-01-10 05:47 PM

I wonder if the S2 will fit in my Jetta...

Ziltoid 08-01-10 05:48 PM

I'd get a roof rack but backseats down will probably work, if not remove the front wheel at it will (I think).

Velo Gator 08-01-10 05:50 PM

The Jetta actually looks pretty cute with a roof rack.

patentcad 08-01-10 05:52 PM

A nice rack always enhances cuteness.

I have a daughter, I should refrain from the crass sexist jokes, but I can't help myself.

No, I just need a picture. Maybe.

Are you supposed to tighten it when it is shifted to the big ring or the little ring?

Ziltoid 08-01-10 05:58 PM

Before you get the ditto roof rack, make sure you can use it, just saying because you ride a 48cm frame, perhaps a hitch +rack would be better if you can't reach your roof correctly or idk.

The fact that we survived the eighties is testimony enough.

Who could argue with this?
