I think racing is like drugs. When I read about someone in the 41 talking about their first race, it's like a kid trying beer. Once he is hooked, before you know it, he's in the 33 doing crack.

I spent many happy hours in the pits at the drag races as a kid. My dad ran a Willys Gasser from the 1960s through the early 1980s.

oh i can say something relevant. I recently got new wheels just under 1500g and cheap. Having ridden them a bit now, I say they are so damn stiff they may even be too stiff for me.
