Basically the knee (not sure what part, my fitter did that) should be over the pedal spindle.

are you by chance using Firefox/Vista? I just had to do a bunch of updates. Mostly for Adobe/Flash stuff I think, it got pretty wonky before and during.

Currently my (now shredded) Bontrager RL saddle is friggin awesome. Got it free as a take off from a new Madone, second (free) one should be here thursday to replace it.

Toupe was OK, but not great.

The boney protrusion bellow the knee cap should line up with pedal spindal. Also remember this is only a starting point adjustment from there is ok. Go slow and small amounts at a time.

No. Vista and explorer. Just wont boot up in primary system. Gets to welcome screen then goes black.
