Whilst on my abbreviated evening ride--on the Buddhist loop--I got passed by a pickup truck . . . which had a Confederate flag flying from the back of the cab. Now I've seen pickup trucks flying rebel flags before, but usually further away from town. And on the weekends.

I guess this dude felt compelled to display the colors in the neighborhood on a weekday drive. Such is life in East Tennessee. How often do you Freds see that?

Never seen an actual rebel flag on a truck this far north. There is an occasional sticker through.

I pass a few houses that fly this flag under the US flag.

Hey, I'm one of those idiots. Just got one off of ebay, for almost what it costs new. But, I don't like the new ones, so I was willing to pay new price for the cf look. White ones are at least $10 less, if not more. A lot of white ones. Either way, I would just as soon give my money to a guy trying to make a buck instead of a store.

It's almost dangerous to still have a McCain-Palin sticker on your car. It's rather short-sighted given the election results and the high probability someone will key your car. Same for the pro-lifers.
