Basically the knee (not sure what part, my fitter did that) should be over the pedal spindle.

Once upon a time I tried this, hanging a string from my knee. I should retest.

A problem I have is that my legs aren't exactly the same length.

Sad. Foam is missing, obviously it's ripped (and similar on the other side), and the plastic shell is snapped.

Mangled seat, foam flying everywhere, plastic shattered as though it had been chewed on by a ferocious rich orange tiger.

Cloud like fluffy fur blocking the mid section of a Giro Atmos helmet, carbon fiber glistening from a recent shav.. oh wait.

Giro atmos with rich blacks and deep carbon with a reflection of the light glaring back at you, much like a cd left out in the hot summer sun.

BTW, training groups for the Marine Corp marathon started last weekend. The paths are suddenly packed with runners like a gym in January. I ride the path 4-5 miles to avoid commuter traffic on the way to my morning rides, but I may have to start changing that.

I've noticed USMC mile markers painted in the metro park here.
Thought it was Chipcom marking his territory.
