Actually I used the wrong word, their synonyms not homonyms.

'They're', not 'their'.

God help me, everybody on this site is a grammar moron.

I feel like an English teacher in Dumbass County.

This thread is going straight to post 1300, and nobody can stop it.

Superb outing on the Addict today, fast Road Nazi ride. The bike really felt good on the rivet, felt even better climbing, position really felt perfect. I'm dialed in on that bike. It's a keeper. Very pleased with today's ride.

Where's that pinhead Fred slothy now?

Fify. "County" implies a small area that represents only a tiny part of the whole.

Those Dura-Ace wheels are pretty sweet btw.

They didn't make the best first impression but now that they are starting to break in, they offer such a sweet ride.

I'm allowed to be a grammar moron when writing in English. I'm Dutch.
Though my English is a lot better than some Americans on these boards.

I have to say, this is very surprising and Fred of you, especially with you singing the praises of the Cervelo and all.

Ditto my ride on my R3. Beautiful blue skies, 50 mi., 2500' ascent, 19 mph avg. Feels good to sit down with my feet up. :)

You say that as if it requires something beyond a third grade education.

As if it requires? As if what requires?

Don't get me wrong, the Cervelo is a better bike for my tastes. Every bike is different, the Scott is quite unique, I'm sure some racers would prefer the Addict, particularly sprinters/climbers. I am liking it more with each ride, so that's very good. Changing out frames would be a massive pain my Pcad ass.

Yep. By far the best low profile non-aero wheel I've ever ridden. Very nice indeed. Worth the $800 I paid (plus $70 customs).

This thread might make 1300 this afternoon.

Oy Vey! You are so transparent. All of your vacillation ("I like it today, it's a keeper" to "rough today on chip seal etc) is evidence that the bike isn't quite "right" for you. Scotts are notoriously harsh and they don't get any better with time.

Yes, for a competitive racer, it is fine, but for an old stale fart with chronic back issues, it is not. You should have gotten one of these. Every bit a race bike but a hell of lot more comfortable and better looking IMO.
