Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I hazard a wild guess of 1-2 hours, once they start working on it.

And if you can be there during the build, you'll learn a ton about your bike. I'd recommend it.

I wish I had done that. In hindsight, I didn't have the best purchasing experience, even apart from the three-month wait. Sometimes it does make sense to shell out a little more for better service.

Fabian Cancellara is the man.

I have a question. To be a cyclist do I have to get rid of my upper body muscles? I've been working out this summer and finally got some sweet veins running down the biceps. Am I going to end up like Schleck? hahaha

I never had enough for it to be an issue.

I only have the camera on my Droid, which Ill be using for my bike pics!!!

Have you really been that much of a nag? Calling in two or three times to see if your shipment has arrived isn't unreasonable (unless you called way before they estimated arrival).

No. I only call on the days that they tell me it will be arriving on. They're just not very friendly. Except the one guy. Jeff. He's cool.

Oh I have. The Cervelo rep is sending me a "gift pack". Though I'm going to say that the LBS needs to hook me up also. Bottle cages.

Not going to lie. That's pretty lame. Especially since flat doesn't exist in New Hampshire

I guess the Gun Show tickets have decreased in price

Going back to your first thread, is the R3 still a consideration or are you committed to the S2?

I'm thinking I might look into upgrading the saddle too. Get something that's female and underwear wearing friendly.

I'm pretty committed to the S2. The R3SL is sweet, but it gets up there in price.
