I will ride 40 miles with my pal Don this AM, of which 20 will be with the Road Nazis @ speed. I will attempt to sit in, not push too big of a gear, and keep the lactic acid to a minimum. I hope to recover enough from this stupid cold to race tomorrow. Feeling better this AM, that's a good sign.

Yep, I felt the same way about it because it's interesting the first go around but loses its thrill once the same premise keeps repeating itself.
I haven't see season 1 . . . yet. But even if it rated a 10 and the other seasons are 8 or 9s that still translates to "very good".
