Upilu, I think it's safe to say that you've pretty much lost all credibility in this thread, lol
Jk, I'm just trolling What would you say if I claimed that the paper was PS'ed in? |
they were experiments to view how it could seem the bike with high profile wheels and to help me to choice the size of the profile.
Ps original crack! Everithing is stock except saddle, wheels and cassette sprocket (campagnolo record for now) |

One thing is for certain, no matter how many times you got called out on your PS picts, you admitted to it later (I still dont why you couldn't have said it was a PS picture in the first place) and still came back for more. I think a lot of people would run away ashamed and embarrassed.
Keep the PS out of it and keep us updated on future upgrades. :thumb: |
Hey guy's, one of the guy's that rides with us on group rides picked up a 2007 CAAD8, the seller he got it from didn't know if the bike was a 56 or 58 and the sticker is no longer on the bike. I don't have thr trained eye yet to be able to look at the 56 and 58 and know the difference. Is there a way to find out without just breaking out the measuring tape? is it somewhere on the bike other than that sticker that comes on the seat tube? Thanks...
|
Sorry, but it's very hard to make that call, especially between adjacent sizes, even with trained eyes. Extreme sizes, i.e. 48 (small) and 58+ (large), are easier to spot though.

I'm too pumped for my CAAD10 to come in tomorrow, are there any more pictures of the raw 4 series floating around that haven't been posted yet?
|
If you mean CAAD10-4 when you say 4 series, the 2013 10-4 didn't come in raw...it comes in black/white or black/yellow. the 10-5, 10-3, and 10-2 comes in the black/raw color.
|
Hi All,
Will the stock wells on the 2013 CAAD 10 5 hold up to a 270lb rider for a while or do I need to swap them out right off the bat? Please let me know. Thanks! |

I agree, the RS10s are a solid wheel. If you want to buy an extra set for insurance, I've seen them go for $50-$80 a set on ebay. Mine are hanging in the garage...I might use them for the NYC Five Boro Tour in case I fall into a NY pothole.
But that's because I crashed... I was with the 20-or-so riders in the lead group, with a line of police cars ahead, clearing the way. Felt like I was leading the Tour De France! :D:D Then at 22mph on I-278, 8 miles from the end and the first time I've ridden on an Interstate, the guy in front of me touched the wheel of the guy ahead of him - and they both came down. I managed to swerve and avoid, but the guy behind me wasn't quick enough on his brakes and that was the end of my ride. I was short of funds at the time and just replaced it with an RS-20. |
