Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I like my SRAM but I miss Campy. Really wish I hadn't sold all of it when I was told my riding days were over. Bad doctor!!!

Doctors are idiots for the most part. Exercise is the best treatment for most things. I've never had any Campy. I've been trying to keep it that way in effort to not be completely broke.

If I would have stuck with my first surgeon I'm sure I would never have rode again. The second surgeon is who got me back on the bike.

I just walked by my powertap. I've had that thing for several months and still haven't put a tire or cassette on it. One of these days......

They must have seen Pcad's rave reviews about Ultegra here on BF.

I had lowend Campy back in the late 90s - Mirage 8-speed. Didn't care for it. I will never part with my mid-late 80s Record hubs, though. They're the best bike parts I've ever owned.

EDIT: The Pinarello currently has Campagnolo, Shimano, Suntour and Dia Compe parts on it. Add Sachs when my Tubular wheelset is on it.

I saw a foal lying in a pasture tonight. I really hoped it was resting and not dead.

the dogs there speak whichever Chinese dialect (Mandarin?) that is spoken in Taiwan. They can probably tell that you are imperialist swine.

They probably know you went into the Hello Kitty store. Besides, how do you know his name is "dog". How would you like it if he called you Monkey boy?
