Just got back from a 20.5 mile run out to the fishmongers and back. According to the scale there, the Mongoose is 24 lbs. - 1 lb. under stock weight! I, on the other hand, am still sporting 5 lbs. extra winter weight. Pretty sure that'll be gone before it hits 80°.

Yeah…and I am about 10lbs too heavy to be a good road racer. honestly my goal is to not get shelled…there's about 1800ft of climbing per 20 mile lap..so that gonna suck, the little 130lbs kids are gonna make a mess out of me.
