Plus I wrote a cool song this weekend, which went over pretty good @ the open mic. It's called 'Didn't You?'

Are you getting a s5 for Christmas?

LesterOfPuppets 12-23-12 06:34 PM

The bike is fine too. Didn't even knock the stem crooked. I was riding the Trekster.

My bicycles are fine. I don't see a new bike in my future for at least 5+ years.

datlas 12-23-12 07:08 PM

Do you have a Wah Wah pedal??

Parked car?

'Dream. Dare. Do'.

You're right, I should get rid of it. I forget that it's there coz I have sigs and avatars turned off, and AdBlock does the rest. Beautifully clean pages to read.

rowan and mahka are having such a big adventure. one day i will do some bike travelling. either that or go on a cruise and eat my way around the world.

coasting 12-23-12 08:10 PM

by the way fellow addicts, rowan and i have the exact same merlin carbon frame. I love my merlin and when i rode it in sept back in london, i thought it was the snappiest most responsive bike i had ever ridden and comfy as a sofa.

The adventure is winding down. And you don't have to go on a cruise to get fat... errr... ummmmm... eat your way around the world. It's so bad for us that we've taken out a month-long membership of a gym here on the eastern outskirts of Vancoover to try to regain some semblance of fitness before we return to Australia.

solo's off again off again relationship woes is what keeps us all tuned into addiction. don't distract him with cycling talk.

It's old fashioned in the sense that it's tubes and sockets, but it's a nice bike. It's been through several drivetrain iterations, and is now back to two front chainrings. And yeah it's snappy... as if a fat slob of a rider like me could tell. Nevertheless I rode my fastest century on it, which wasn't too bad.
