Pcad, what ever happened to the Addict? I haven't heard of it recently.

He really should give an update on its status once a month.

I ride it whenever the roads are wet.

Merry Christmas all.

My present to myself was 97 miles yesterday.

It's quite a tough ride for the very reason LAJ says... the wash-and-rinse cycle can get quite monotonous. There are little highlights though... we slept in the doorway of a church, saw a beautiful sunrise, slept in the spookiest motel in the spookiest town (Attwood), watched a huge hammerhead cloud over Boulder on the way back and still were able to miss the lightning and rain, and slept on a side road (and I mean, slept on it)...

We're crazy, we have the certification. :D

Don't answer, that's what is called a rhetorical question.

What does a question have to do with a rheostat?

Don't you have access to a .50 cal sniper rifle? I hear they can put a bullet through an engine block.

Take that back, maybe not something I should joke about.

It's funny how we all think like that. It was around freezing, and I used more calories than I planned. The light was running low after five hours of use.
I wanted to send the dog sitter home earlier. I missed Bailey. I had a bike problem. There was an earthquake. Also a flood, and a hurricane. The end of the world was already passed. At midnight my bike turns into a pumpkin.
Did I miss anything?

But this implies you chopped the last 3 miles off the ride which wouldn't get you home.

If you reduce the distance, a short cut needs to be made somewhere in the middle.

LAJ 12-24-12 10:12 AM

Anyone that can pop on the bike and whip out 100, isn't concerned with a random 3 miles on either side of that number.

Well done, 2manybikes.

Christ, I would have gone in circles in my driveway if necessary to top that off, just seems shamefully inadequate.
