yesterday i did a 7 hour ride because i got lost. I was planning to do 3 hours. it was also the day I changed my saddle position to try and get ride of butt pain. it could have turned out ugly but in the end my butt was peachy.

another interesting fact I learned on the epic ride. never ride on an empty stomach first thing in the morning if you have acid reflex probs. ouch. part of my ride was searching for a pharmacy to get some gaviscon.
