I was trying to figure out if the capitalization meant something special.

Everyone @ the Walking Dead screenings seems too ooh and ahh at the trailers for Flight.

We always knew that, hell that last thread you started on leaving the light or taking it off was ample proof of just how touched you are

Christmas and a Caribbean island go together like oil and water.

Its this season which makes me appreciate the beauty of the snowy states. That is, until I want to go outside.

Hey coasting, are we going to have a platform pedal, folding bike time trial this year?

surgeonstone 12-02-12 08:57 AM

Good read. Having been married 23 years my secret, passed on to me by my dad is simple. There is no falling in love, perhaps falling into lust , yes but not love. His answer is this, did you fall in love with your brother, your sister? of course not, you love them because of who they are, you wake up and make a volitional decision to love and respect your spouse. It is amazing how easy it is to do.

platform pedal maybe. folding bike is dead.

actually, i found that not having my foot bound to the pedal has made me more conscious of the act of turning the pedal in circles.

rjones28 12-02-12 09:38 AM

My platform pedal bike is finally done. Took it for a ride this morning.

Weird with all this talk about pharmaceutical mood enhancers that I used cycling as a way to deal with a touch of PTSD.

And it worked too.

Easy on paper, yes. It's the execution over long term that's the hard part.

LowCel 12-02-12 10:17 AM

Beautiful day for a ride but I'm hanging out in the house with the dogs trying to make sure everyone is getting along. The new guy is doing awesome and Alley is doing a great job at tolerating him.

No. Just tall grass of some sort. The property owner dragged a mower through it recently.

40 miles today with two local hardcore racing dudes who were going very easy. Booger flicker for them, great workout or me. 3000 vertical feet. Best workout in some time.

My fat pants are falling down. Good sign.

datlas 12-02-12 12:22 PM

This would be a perfect day for a ride...but I am stuck at my daughters' synchronized swim meet.

So no ride today.

patentcad 12-02-12 12:46 PM

Barring any further injuries or health issues, I should hit 7000 miles for 2012, which isn't too bad considering I've been mostly off the bicycle since mid-July. I crashed pretty good on a wet RR crossing today, but I bounced right back up with no real injury, so that was good.
