I can describe what happened. Picture a birthday party, with balloons, a dance floor, and a big bowl of fruity punch. Everyone is happy, because it's a party. Then someone runs in, carrying scissors, hacks up the balloons, takes a crap in the punch bowl, and tips over a wheel chair bound kid in the middle of the dance floor. That's all.

Oops, forgot to mention a puppy. I think there was a puppy involved.
