I hate hate HATE wet tracks. My last crash was on them, about a year ago.

I practically stop at wet tracks now.

Must be some crappy platforms then. I like my platforms in the rain as they allow me to wear these boots and to have warmer, drier feet than 95% of cyclists on the road.

Incredible weather in Chicago! 60F today! 65F tomorrow! Did 35 miles this morning. Time to finish hanging the outside lights.

Get some more miles under your belt and you'll know to look out for that hazard.

I use a long-sleeve Smartwool mid-weight base layer in the winter. Very comfortable.
