Funny...having had one or more cats most of my life, I've learned that people do not decide these things. Of course, the last two moved in with us. It was not for us to decide. They just strolled in, sat down and "take care of me when I allow it..."

The dog says, "You feed me, take care of me and see to my every need. You must be a god."

i love my Ti and my carbon road bikes equally and there are reasons why Ti is better for some things but the carbon is just so much more nimble and feels more comfortable. If I had to choose, I would go with the carbon.

If the black cat has long hair, then your cats very much look like my neighbor's two cats.

The gray one likes to roam, so I don't see/interact with him much. But I've befriended the black one and now she likes to come over and be petted (she stands up on her hind feet to rub against your leg). She has a high pitched meow, and I nicknamed her Crybaby Cat.

I see no one else has taken up my Plank challenge.

If my cats went outside they would be Bobcat or Coyote food. We have NO strays in my neighborhood.

60 second plank
60 second left side plank
60 second right side plank
60 second bridge.

How's that for a challenge?

Im glad we didnt plank in circuit fitness class. It was bad enough we had to do a couple things on those stupid balls.

Shelter animals can be less than a happy ending. A friend has three of them, a dog and two cats. The cats are incredible whereas the dog is maladjusted. Even around just them he is scared and frequently scoots away while emptying his bladder. It takes at least 10 minutes for me get into the house while he is reassured and avoid looking at him. Pretty sad but they handle it well and don't regret it.

Our cats don't go outside either.

We have an old house in rural suburbs so we do get mice sometimes. There's only been one successful rodent homicide though. (unless others were eaten) More often it turns into mouse rescue on my part because I can't stand the shrieking.

Never tried that before. Only lasted 1:30. I'll add it to my morning routine.

Usually I get bored at around 3-5min. And like TampaRaleigh, I do side planks as well. And some Sun Salutations mixed in.
