Of course he will - because it is the truth.

Dopers in pro cycling aren't one-off cheaters looking for the unfair advantage; it is (was?) a way of life for everybody involved. As much a part of the sport as putting air in your tires.

I'm not outraged at dopers; I'm outraged at the hypocrisy of the UCI.

DG

You are 100% correct...

I had the day off so I went for a 44 mile road ride on the cx bike, felt more like 64 miles than 44. :o

I must say, I absolutely loved the Mad Alchemy Madness embrocation. 41 degrees in shorts and completely comfortable. :D

^^Jealous.

I was thinking about getting the bike off the rollers this coming weekend for a ride. Then I checked out the weather up here and it is supposed to snow and be around -16 once the sun goes down. I had better get my HTFU game face on...

Ok. I moved the needle a tiny little bit on my 2013 mileage. Took the MTB out at lunch for a bit.

Nice to see Rich is back in town, mataphorically speaking.

It's bad when you don't even know the dog and it makes you sad. Best of luck getting through all of this Pete.

Idk what drivig is, but if you meant driving well I haven't been driving anything.

Sorry to hear about Sam pcad. Don't do the chemo. It killed my dog with a quickness. You're better off just letting him be, and hoping for the best.

clichty 01-14-13 04:52 PM

Pcad I know it won't make you feel much better, but hopefully you can see some positive out of still having at least a few months with Sam. My coworker had to take his 10 year old Akita (Kudo) into the emergency vet clinic on Wednesday because he had suddenly lost the use of his hind legs. Kudo was perfectly normal the night before but something happened overnight. Spent all day at the clinic and found out he had some nasty cancer. Had the option to try chemo but declined since it wouldn't have done much. He had to go in Friday afternoon to put him down, barely had a chance to say goodbye. He is still in a daze and has never cried so hard in his life (he's 39 with four kids and tough as nails).

So I know its another sad story but be thankful you have time to spend with Sam and make the most of it!

So sorry.

There is actually a thread where the poor people of San Diego are having cold weather for a couple of days. Those poor, poor people.

Facepalm of the day - I saw some vanity plates today that read "LESSC02"

They were on a mid-size SUV.

You're so close you could have ridden to Syracuse instead. Which begs the question: why don't you say you're in Syracuse? Are you Native American?

Maybe they used to own a full-size SUV.

Why would I want to do that?

Because I'm not in Syracuse.

Are you Native American?
No. What does that have to do with not living in Syracuse?

datlas 01-14-13 05:55 PM

I have been sick for the past few days.

I can feel the fitness draining from my scrawny body.

Grr...

BTW is rwtw gone again??

Because I'm not in Syracuse.
But people have heard of Syracuse and may know where it is.

No. What does that have to do with not living in Syracuse?
You chose to use an Indian location rather than one people can identify.

LesterOfPuppets 01-14-13 06:04 PM

I'm sick but still riding. Cant taste very well today. That's the worst part of a cold.

Are you trying to tell us that you don't live in Knoxville?

I'm not much into the appearance of deep rims, but those look... sort of... hyped up and full of muscle what with the bit of dirt hanging off them.
