But people have heard of Syracuse and may know where it is.

You chose to use an Indian location rather than one people can identify.

Google maps.

I know that lately you get to look at more badges than you actually get to wear, but in this case, here's one of your own. wear it proudly officer solo.

I reside ~1 mile outside the city limits, if you want to be specific, though there's really no other way to describe it, other than an unofficial community name.

But there's always tomorrow. :)

I live closer to Syracuse than Mr. Rjones28, and I don't tell people I live in Syracuse. I believe that we are allowed to set our own level of specificity on how we identify our living space.

i declared today that i need to lose 10 pounds in 7 weeks. mostly so that i fit into a set of leathers a friend of mine is giving me. i don't have a choice because my old suit has turned into leather jerky and is no longer safe.

i just finished off a roasted brussels sprout, walnut, and goat cheese salad... and a roasted turkey, havarti, and cranberry mayo panini from a deli down the street from my hotel, i do not regret it.

tomorrow... yes. tomorrow... or maybe next week when i'm home.

Damnit. That sucks pcad.

That will give you six weeks then. I think what makes it hard is that it's so cold and we are always told to eat so that we keep nourished and warm.

I did not see Pcad's post. Dogs don't show pain as we do and they struggle and continue on a lot stronger than we do. That's why it's so shocking to us when they go so fast. :( I'm sorry to hear this Pcad.

They took the cone of shame off of my dog for a check up on his ear today. He went bananas and had a this is the best thing ever moment or two (dogs have those often). I'll do what ever I can to give him as many best thing ever moments as possible.

Unfortunately he is not healed enough yet and it had to go back on.

In some ways. But Sam has had a very full and joyous life, and he has brought so much joy into ours. He won't suffer. And he has a little time left. Remember that 3 months to a dog is like nearly two years for a person. So we'll enjoy that time and try not to be morose or too sad (which isn't so easy all the time).

Siu Blue Wind 01-14-13 09:19 PM

Dang Herbie. I hope he heals well. I know he seems to fight ear stuff often.

Indy is still on the Zymox with good success.

I think it has more to do with the multiple steam shovel size spoonfulls you cram into your pie hole, than the actual menu item.

Some of us are proud to wear the Orange. Granted, it's real Orange, not a cheap knockoff.
