Thanks. It was nice to spend a little quiet time here talking about bikes. We should do that more often.

I want lots of picks once it is done. Preferably when it is on display.

Oh, I'm sorry. Wrong metaphor, change it to Orwell's 1984 if that's more politically correct for you. The insinuation that the use of the term 'Nazi' in today's casual discourse is disrespectful of Holocaust victims is disingenuous at best. Take that issue up with the famous and very high profile Jewish comedian, J. Seinfeld of Soup Nazi fame.

From a guy who goes pear shaped if someone touts microsoft you might consider how one who actually had relatives exterminated in your metaphor might not be siding towards political correctness but actual offense.

Calm down.

your inability to grasp even the most minor points remains the greatest wonder of the circus that is BF.

Probably not unless I break the new one. I used it only a few times last year for masters RRs. Once the new wears off the components they will either end up on the Guru or on something fancy that I would not race.

I covet an Alchemy.

Your consistent ability to grind a pointless axe must be a new paradigm of zen none of the rest of us can ever understand.

That said the November does fit me nearly perfectly and looks pretty.

gsteinb 01-04-13 08:32 AM

wait. the fact that my grandfather's entire family was exterminated and he escaped from a concentration camp is a pointless axe? way to show your true colors.

Again, the term 'Nazi' is used in casual discourse every day, constantly, everywhere. Any implication that this is some sort of personal slight towards you and the Jewish people is preposterous.

But whatever knocks the chip off your shoulder.

gsteinb 01-04-13 08:36 AM

so are a lot of things. that doesn't mean they're not offensive to someone. you've made it clear where you stand with this. I know where I stand in regards to this with you.

Trsnrtr 01-04-13 08:37 AM

Coffee, anyone? :)

datlas 01-04-13 08:37 AM

Guys, could you please keep it civil?

I think PCAD needs to concede the point on this one.

datlas 01-04-13 08:38 AM

If you take that up with all the people who are guilty of using that term casually, you'll have a lot of recriminating to do.

Anyway, I forget how much it bugs you, I apologize.

Coffee and chocolate chip cookies make a great breakfast.
