No
he just tried to slide that one by. And when did she become "ms coasting " instead of "my lady friend"

Everyone got married for the New Year.

The rotor rings could be sold on ST for some cost recovery.

Have not put in any miles on the road yet this year, I've been on the dirt jumper the whole time.

I looked at Praxis and Stronglight. Quarq told me it wouldn't work. Ring stiffness.

When you start the day with a bike ride, and end with Pink Floyd on the radio, it was a good day for sure!

Sam didn't eat dinner tonight, but he ate all the dog biscuits we gave him, and his energy level was normal. So we're wondering what's up with that (he's going to the vet tomorrow for a routine follow up for something else anyway). Then tonight I noticed he has wicked gas. Maybe that's it.

The quarq can be calibrated for different rings. They have praxxis on their calibration tables. You can do this yourself (using an iPhone and a doodad) or they can do it before sending it out. I had mine calibrated for 7800 rings.

Way to do things in halves sbxx. Yes I'm a little concerned that you are doing only a fair to middling job of curating this build.

Couldn't justify the cost of the SRM with the alternatives. There will eventually be a cheaper non wheel option. Pro+ will get it done.

Campy North America said "I should be fine" using my Record cranks with Record EPS. Under the circumstances, I didn't like the should. Made it easy to go to the SR EPS cranks. Electronics are the same between Record and SR. RD, FD, and shifters aren't that much more. Without the SRM, added the bars and tubulars.

EPS FD needs a stiffer ring.

I wasn't aware there was a special EPS crankset. Isn't it the same as the standard 11 speed model?

It is. I think you can still buy the one with the steel spindle. I chose the ti one.

You just made me look and absolute ass and a booby with all that job half done curation tripe I was throwing around. I suppose you are going to be pompous and uppity now. Seriously though, congrats and I'll look forward to seeing the finished product.

sbxx1985 01-03-13 11:00 PM

Thanks dude. A whole lot of hand wringing. It was fun. Interesting opportunity.

LesterOfPuppets 01-03-13 11:03 PM

Did someone say boobies?
