So I have this new song I wrote you stuck in my head. I don't know if that's good or bad.

It usually takes me a number of days to get a song stuck in my head. You should be more discerning.

Based upon your previous posts, your head is bad.

Thought it was to capture all the quotes in an already multi-quoted post. Now it makes sense.

I've phone screened people for tech positions and heard them Googling answers to questions I asked. Yes, I know you can do that while working, but if you have a background in Java you shouldn't need to look up the difference between for, while, and do while loops. Honesty is key.

Thanks for posting this.

That was the problem I had. I could stay in the drops or IAB with my forearms on the hoods and still control the bike pretty well. With the aerobars and my current setup, my back really hurt, and control was a nightmare. i.e., I was faster without them.

Did you drop your saddle a fraction and bring it forward? that may have helped. I don't think that you can put aerobars on a bike and keep the same position as before.

Yeah. I effed around with position but my road bike geometry is not made for that. My frame is on the larger size for my size (I was between the 54 and the 52 and bought the 54). My next purchase is a tt bike.

I could never even balance on my clip-ons - I'd turn into a swervy mess. Stripped them off and just rode in the drops.

The Bdop Air Brakes are awesome.

Sounds like a title you might come up with. Does it involve Gomer or a pumpkin? Just asking...

After all the Scotch and bourbon talk, I impulse stopped at my local liquor store and asked the rotund youngster behind the counter to make some suggestions for someone who has never tried anything other than rum, vodka, and gin. And a **** lot of Guinness.

I now own a bottle of Wiser's Canadian Whiskey and one of Eagle Rare Kentucky straight bourbon. I propose a toast to RUOkie and his wife later tonight, if anyone is interested in joining.

Whooshiepantz. Your SLC-SL needs Campy, and Lightweights.

I would love a TT bike, but I can't really justify the expense.

That's what I am afraid of!

Since I have a set of clip ons, I will probably try. And probably fail.

I will toast with you. I'm gonna try the double black tonight.

Neither can I but I'm single now so who gives a ****

RollCNY 01-29-13 05:48 PM

Excellent. I have no idea whether I got decent stuff, but it's a good time to find out. Are you mountain time or central? When is too early for you to toast? I'm functional til 11 eastern (don't know if I can say standard because of stupid DST).

My wife keeps asking if I've ordered a carbon Ridley yet. I'd have less swag if I were single.
