So I guess iJen was nearly caught in the crossfire of a shoot out today. She made it out unscathed, but wow crazy stuff going on in Floriduh.

that is what I like about swimming laps. Totally mindless activity that helps me sort through stuff. Often I swim for a set period of time, not worrying about "how far" and just go with it. I end up in an almost vegetative state.
