Thank you, we're all refreshed and challenged by your unique point of view.

I heard back from Primal, and they do have a Team Site program. In a nutshell, the site would be created and open for 1-2 weeks, but no longer. Orders would be placed and fulfilled at an additional $10 per order if we choose the drop-ship option. Otherwise, I would go pick it up (always good to visit Denver) and fulfill based on your orders through PayPal.
If anyone does not use PayPal, a check would work, but it would need to clear before shipping the product. If all of this is worth $10, I am adding a drop-ship option to the spreadhseet on the jersey tab only to indicate interest in this. It makes no difference to me as Tom has approved me selling the spares at face value, if we have any.,
More to come.
EDIT: The $10 is a flat fee and includes shipping. This sounds like a good solution.

Have updated the spreadsheet. I didn't indicate this - but will be up for the $10 extra if it will help...
(Many thanks for taking this on!)

We all have preferences - Primal has quality jerseys, and tomorrow will reveal what I find in person at the factory for bibs/shorts materials.
Wore this one today, my fave. As a reference on size, I am 6'1"/195 lbs regular body type and can wear either L or XL comfortably.

Definitely, thanks for the effort! Glad to see this go through. Hopefully they can work of the capo tech pack...it's a pretty friggin simple design to follow. If they absolutely can not, make sure to get me an editable tech pack (or I'm sure they have them online) so I can transfer the design.

Regarding size, I'm 6'3"/200 and the L from Primal fits fine. Similar it fit to PI. Assuming the custom one would be more or less the same as off the rack.

Can't say for sure since RT is in charge, but I know a big advantage of the Primal order site and the same with KitOrder is that they provide a secure website for payment info and shipping.

I'm still in, but instead of XL, would need a L - however, if we're ordering them ourselves, size probably doesn't matter too much.
Do their cuts differ in sizing at all? I have two primal jerseys, both xl, and they fit me more like loose tshirts rather than tighter bike jerseys. Not sure what cut they are exactly though, I'm guessing their race cuts are tighter?

For all who are in, please use the spreadsheet to indicate interest. This will tell me how close to 15 we are. If we get to 12, I am doing it and Tom said I can market the others on the forum for no profit, which is cool with me.

edit to add: I put myself down for a L jersey and XL bibs right now...then a hat too for good measure. Might change that though depending on what you find out today.

Nice. FWIW, the L fits tight like a race fit, the XL fits like a club, but not baggy, just looser. Length is roughly the same. The material is supple and strong. The Hot Head is a 2004 model. Sizing on these seems to be friendly to the tweener, which I am.

RT, not to doubt you, but are you sure those two jersies are the same cut? The spacing between sizes on the Primal chart is 3", or 2 X 1.5. You are showing a 6" difference in chest size between L and XL. Could the L be Race and the XL Club, or could the L really be M. That would correspond more closely to the chart. Thanks.
What a field trip this will be!

It just seems since I am in the neighborhood and going that direction today that I can get more detailed answers. Ordering/sizing online is so iffy anyway, and with all of us probably having a different preferred manufacturer, this might make it all more common.
