Tricep pain

After an hour on the bike, I start to have pain in the Triceps of both arms. I know this is probably a fit problem. Has anyone cured this problem? I ride a Orbea Orca road bike.

Univega is a great bike and that's a great price. I think you could always get your money back. It looks to need some clean up and work. Can you do the work yourself or will LBS have to?
