^^A shraeder valve is the same type of valve found on car tires and some bike tires.

If you are careful you will be able to use a regular bike pump.

You might need to try a few different pumps...

I ran 150mm of travel on my hardrock for a good period of time...the frame snapped at the right chain stay and the head tube was turned into an oval. This was ofter 4 years of hard use.
