Its basically like any other studio's options. Base price is around 1,500usd. all tubing options, chrome, any angles you want, paint you want, seat stay style etc.. aka full custom.

It was a really nice frame but the frame was soo small. I even find the 62cm pretty compact.

Choco almond milk is amazing too. I find for soymilk I prefer the tetrapak over the fresh though.. seems like it has more strong flavour.

Other shops will do it. rene has had a few 3renshos top tubes replaced. I can see why they are trying to cover their asses but you cant race pro keirin so its kind of a cop out.

You dont need to take it to samson to get it fixed. any frame builder can do it. Its only a few hundred bucks.... but thats money you can spend actually make the bike ride better.

I like your build up for the most part but I am not in love with the wheels. I agree painting titanium is kind of a faux pa.. or well I like the look of raw titanium....

there are tons of 56cm frames in Japan.

I used to use the diacompe front and rear brake kit and they work fine. No flex and are rubber coated so they don't rust/kill your paint.
