Finally have matching tires, swapped out my Cane Creek levers for TRP, and went full cotton candy with the bar tape.

^ quick question regarding that chain and saddle. Is saddle theft something that you really have to worry about? I mean no disrespect, but that is no Brooks saddle on there, but a WTB from what I can see. Are you worried that someone will steal that? Also, can you hear the chain hitting the rear stays when you are riding?

I like the bar tape/paint combo.

I've had two saddles stolen before while locked up, one of which was actually cheaper than that WTB. Bike wasn't left out overnight either time, just locked up in the later hours (once outside a bar, once while I was at work). So yeah, I'd rather just have the relative peace of mind while it's sitting outside since it gets locked up a lot. I don't notice the noise from it hitting the seat-stay except when bouncing over particularly rough bits of road. It has worn through the paint in one spot there, but I don't really mind that.

Those two colors are so wrong together that it works. I love it. It's like the bike is saying, "I'm Barbie, F' off!"

the best part? i built this up with parts-bin parts.
even the mismatched king headset (which i think works) and the white industries freewheel....but i did buy the tires..but they were super cheap.
