stunning is right! yamaguchis are so awesome.

TTM-

i have a ton done. the orange is sweet i got mine when they were still 170 and only came black:lol:

i'd do white if i was doing it now. i probably spent 700 just getting everything up but i had a conversion that i put a bunch of the parts over from, like the cranks, so i factored that cost in too.
check my velospace for componentspec:)

Wait, so the BMW is for 700c spinning?
And also are you running 36s by any chance?

cc700 05-23-08 11:41 PM

look 32's from here.

TehK 05-24-08 01:47 AM

Looks like a 28 in front.

bexley 05-24-08 07:24 AM

Judging mm's from a poorly focussed shot. I love it.

How short is that wheelbase with the fork not reversed? I'm thinking overlap of half your foot or something.

RaeFixie 05-24-08 07:43 AM

did you grind that thing yet?
and did you get toe overlap when you flip your wheel like that(barspin) ?

elf 232 05-24-08 07:56 AM

A few updates make it worthwhile posting a pic again methinks...
Got myself some Nitto Randonneur bars (love them), Nitto Technomic stem, Sakae seatpost and of course new bartape.
Edit: oh yeah, i have gone back to my SDG seat again, the Concor just hasn't gotten comfortable enough yet.
I am very happy with it now. No other plans at this stage...

bexley 05-24-08 01:09 PM

Love it. That fork/stays chroming scheme is my favourite.

cc700 05-24-08 01:32 PM

i'm sorry to hear about your concor because that sdg fell out of the ugly tree.

other than that, sweet.

Yeah, it sure isn't pretty but my butt likes it...
I will be giving the Concor another chance though, it still hasn't broken in after all.

reedreeder 05-24-08 09:43 PM

take the decals off the rims though, plz.

cc700 05-24-08 09:48 PM

but they help keep the rim seams together:lol:

i86o 05-24-08 10:48 PM

kilos look so much nicer without the decals, i think im gonna wetsand mine and respray black over them before i repaint the entire frame

rduenas 05-24-08 10:49 PM

Also, you should put the rack mounts screws back it. Like that, it's a good way to get water inside your tubing.

cc700 05-24-08 10:49 PM

they are in, they're black:)
