So I sold the Pake and turned the Capo into my daily commuter, then I got this from my brother...now I use this on the track. Since someone posted that I needed a better frame for the HEDs than the Capo, it's not much of an improvement but it has true track geometry and a little bit heavy overall(17lbs.) but still light for a steel frame. Can you guess what the frame is? The SJF decals are just the SJfixed.org stickers. Not a Kilo but the frame is powder coated...hint, it's chrome underneath.

Anybody who told you that the Capo's not appropriate for those wheels is an idiot who doesn't know their arse from their elbow. The Capo is a fine frame if you like the geometry. A handful of exceptional racers at my local drome ride Capo frames, or their slightly older predecessor. |

Just got done fixing up an old 1970 Nishiki International, threw out everything but the frame, forks and stem, stripped the paint, removed the rust and got a fresh start, it's not powder coated but it's got layers of enamel, the seat looks goofy as hell but it's the most comfortable ride ever. (Forgot to put toe straps on)
