Yeah I know I just picked the bike up from the shop, you'd think they would have fixed that, but guess not. I'll do it when I get home, right now I'm at my friends house cause he said he had that big tool I needed to take the kickstand off but he doesn't.

did you just discover the internet? when you go over to a friends house are you like 'its been 20 minutes, i gotta go check bikeforums.' and just get on ducds computer? i know you are young[i can tell because you can see your shoes in the mirror in one of your pictures and you have red fatlaces on some generic ass skate shoes from the mall] but you have to relax on this. i know you are excited you made a 'fixie' and we are happy for you but this is the 1447th page of the bike pics thread, not the tell me how to get this kickstand off thread. i know you got warned about making 40 threads but that doesnt mean go post in other threads about how you suck at bikes. ok? |

You're trippin. This kassebaum guy is much much less annoying than at least half of the regular posters that popped up here recently. I mean jesus read some of the posts above this, Jesus. |

Other than looking bad***, is there a reason for tied and brazed spokes? |

There has been much controversy about this, but those wheels came to me that way. I think it's an old school thing and believe any bikers who have their wheels tied & soldered now, it's out of habit. |

Bladed spokes for aerodynamics. The Mavic Mach2 CDs are aero rims also, so I see the thinking there on the part of the person who had these wheels built.

It was also done to wheels to stiffen the wheels and to keep the spokes from coming loose. |

no straps on the concept because i broke one side about a week ago and sold my friend the remaining one... theyre just on there so that i could fit the bike i rock speedplays.
im gonna switch the wheels over and see how they look on the concept... maybe the flat black rims will work on the flat black frame! |
