2. What's your location? I'm saying this because that furniture and carpet look identical to the furnishings in some of the dorms at my school.

Every school has that same exact furniture and carpet.

i have a huge container of soy marine paint stipper but i tired it and didnt do anything. it was freezing cold and i most likely didnt wait long enough. i dont have much left to do but ill try some other ways because its just too hard to get a sander in the corners.

That 3Rensho is perfect.

No way man! They were more popular in the old days but they're super awesome to ride on..

No problem. That bike is one of the best examples of a vintage frame given a perfect colorscheme and rolled as a fixed gear. That 3Ren is the fruition of my dream bike... and now that I realized it's not mine I've saddened myself.

:(

yo, **** your mother kid. why are you so worked up over a ****ty bike that isn't even yours?

all my qualms are based on ****ion, not appearance or $$. the brake set up has been throughly denounced and no one has been able to offer a good reason for that weld job. i stand by what i said:
it was a better bike before.

Do you keep all your bikes, or swap them out for new ones? I remember you had some pretty blanged out rides in the past. Just curious, not hating.

I'm surprised you were able to find such a large sample group that met those requirements.

Congratulations on getting the paper published. I just graduated with a BA in Psychology and Sociology, I will start grad school in 2010 after my girlfriend and I return from South America.

Yeah, all people were from WISCONSIN not Michigan ;). Wisconsin, we're the other hand. 1 way to think about it is that they should have more interactions with African American people because they are not biased (so it would really be a chicken or the egg question with no real answer...on the one hand interacting with Black individuals would make you less biased, but also being less biased would lead you to hang out more with African Americans (told from a European American perspective). The thing that is cool is that we linked bias with a more basic cognitive process (how you process emotional stimuli). In fact we don't come out and say it but our non-biased individuals had a MAL-ADAPTIVE cognitive style. Think of it this way, if you were always focused on getting the apple in a field, you would never see the snake...the snake would eat you & you would die... This is exactly what these people learn to do focus on the positive while ignoring the negative. The other thing it suggests is the NORMAL people are sort of a subject of a fu(ked up society that keeps putting negative images of one groups of people that people are predisposed to learn this negativity. As for the sample size the cut offs were relatively low within the sample and somehow the math works out, but this paper was so long ago...and I can't remember for the life of me how many people we had to go through to get 12 ...I think it was nearly 300...

Alaska. Sorry I don't want to flame up, but I get annoyed when people **** on other people. My main point was we're all cyclists and we ride fixed gear bicycles because it's fun. Great. I don't care if that fixed gear is a 1981 roadmaster BMX, you get it. And it's hard to put one's stuff up and get judged. This guy is doing something different, and your 2nd comment was harsh! So sorry for being a YAG aassss I'm a bit moody (man-ms).

Flame averted?

Thanks for posting your 3Rensho TripleC. Really nice bike mate.

About time someone posted a bike worth looking at.

Drwecki 02-12-09 04:38 PM

tripple c, if I lived in NY, I would straight up mug your bike. Then I would take it home and make love to it over and over and over again. NOT You YOU"RE BIKE, I like the ladies (your bike) ;)

Dude the best part of the color is that is TWO TONE! I didn't actually see it until I got it. It's like Aqua and a deeper blue aqua. But it's so unbelievably subtle that it's only really noticeable in person. As far as my other bikes, I still have them all. Which is becoming a problem, if that's what you'd call owning too many sweet bikes, hehe...

Thanks a lot for the good words man! But don't be saddened!! If you're ever in the area and can fit a 56cm you're more than welcome to take it for a spin :)

i don't mean to come across as a dick, but as a mechanic i just can't let unsafe bikes go unchecked. i all for cyclists too; i don't want them to get killed when their bike fails catastrophically. i'm glad to hear ssdom has revised his brake set-up and i only hope no one walks away from here thinking that was ever a good idea.

alaska 02-12-09 04:52 PM

Why does no one take the olive branch anymore? Whatever, it doesn't matter.
