anyway, what kind of bike do you have that has all these similar parts but different frame?

also: i was thinking i wanted to paint my bike to get rid of the boring fuji paintjob, until today. first i saw another 06 fuji track on campus and was like "whoa that is really hot" and then i saw these pictures of my own bike and was like "hot damn." so i think i'm going to keep that paintjob. at least for now. i was kind of really hoping for a nice shade of emerald green though... guess only time will tell.

I have a Puch frame. It is the 130 series : /

When I first checked out that Fuji at my LBS, I didn't really like the paint either. Then, just as I was about to walk out, another guy came in with the same frame sans the decals and it looked awesome. It really is a pretty frame.

Ugh, I can almost feel the sand in the drivetrains....crrrrunch, crruuunch, crrrrunnnnch.

Just took the new ride out for the first time yesterday all over the city. I think it came out pretty nice. Decent component spec but nothing too blingtastic. The bars are getting wrapped with cinelli cork colored wrap as soon as I commit to a stem length.

And of course, the now obligatory faceless/bag/action shot

Dude much love to that bike but that stem is uglier than the backside of my nuts.

Hot hot hot hot hot.

One thing to note about using those internally bolted stem designs, is that it may void the warranty on carbon forks with carbon steerers. Usually, the two bolt rear clamping system is better.

Not that it would apply in this case, because the fork used is steel, but FYI nonetheless.
