Shiz, you must be a magician if you can get the crankset to float like that...

The hubs are LeVeL hubs, the top tube does not slope (or if it does I haven't noticed yet! Its probably just the lack of headset, and the front wheel is sitting directly on the QR axle meaning ithe fork ends are sitting a little lower than the back wheel, compounded with camera angle).

And the crankset isn't floating. I just slipped in the BB without the mounting rings and stuck the crank arms on either side. Voila!

london is crazy fun, took this on my first ride this morning...

Revised, though still not final, incarnation of the Erba. Stem and front tire (clearance issue) still need to change. Also needs a new saddle, as the rails are bent on this one from a crash on the old bike. Eventually it will also have a Formula/Deep V front wheel to match the rear.

Going to swap stem and pedals and eventually throw on bar tape, but it's close. Survived ~50mi RT to Piermont... pretty good.

Yep! I'm in love with these rims. They come in 32 and 36h, in silver and non-machined annodized black. They look really sharp.

I have some MKS pedals on the way. I'd like to swap the Shimano 1050 170MM cranks for something in a 165. The new rear wheel is wider than my old one, so I may have to swap the 23mm tire for a 28.

I think I’m finally finished with her, and I must say I think she’s the gosh darndest perdiest steamroller around.
