Yeah, not mine, looks similar though. If your friend wants to sell it, let me know. I would like to regain my monopoly on Kiyos in SF....

Inspired by Sheldon Brown's website. Taiwan-built Univega from "Light Steel Tubing" according to the label. This was gonna be my winter beater. Then I got a job. Then I got injured on said job. So two weeks after major back surgery this is my BackWrong recovery ride. Has 3 possible gears; 50x19 fixed, and 50x20 and 40x28 free. Normally I wouldn't consider the 50x20 free, but as I slowly regain my strenght after surgery I am appreciating being able to coast. I know the handlebar looks high from that angle but it's actually an inch lower than the seat, and it feels darn near perfect as my back muscles strengthen and stretch.

adamkell 03-16-06 03:45 PM

Like no one in NY has a top tube protector

adamkell 03-16-06 03:51 PM

it's predominantly an SF thing. face it.

but if I lived in a 5th floor walk-up, i'd have one.

I would die for a vintage fuji track bike. I have been obsessed with them ever since I saw Dolface's Fuji Sprint. I guess I'll just have to stick to riding my vintage fuji road frame conversion. Sweet bike though!

...And take off the top tube protector
