Doesn't seem unreasonable to me, at all. Consider what a "market high" eBay price might be for something like that and it seems like a very fair deal. It's a pretty darn nice frame, imho.

fugazidave, i think that you officially own my favorite NJS bike.

sashae 03-25-06 11:08 AM

I do feel the love :) Wait til the next batch comes in... can you say Nagasawa? I knew you could!

Drastically improved pictures of the Panasonic. Yay for very bright but overcast days!

More of the Panasonic in the link in my sig for those interested.

juvi-kyle 03-25-06 01:23 PM

one of the best looking frames I have ever seen, the seatcluster is superb, now find me one

sashae 03-25-06 01:29 PM

Thanks for the compliment... I'm super, super happy with it.

(What size? :))

Amazing bike. I must say, I wasn't impressed when I saw the first photo, but this one really does it justice.

May I suggest a change in top tube protector? That bike is too pretty for electrical tape. Try wrapping a small section of the top tube with a couple of layers of cloth tape, then twine over the whole thing. I recently did this on my own bike, and am pretty happy with the results.

Here's info on how to wrap twine: http://www.fellini.net/twine/

jayrooney 03-25-06 01:32 PM

the panasonic is gorgeous!

jayrooney 03-25-06 01:38 PM

Here's my 4 rensho, or shi rensho if you prefer.
Obviously much more rare than all those 3 renshos out there.
4 consecutive victories! notice there are 4 circles with the number 1.

This is my new baby. It's seen some better days, but I hope to resurrect it, slightly less NJS than it's previous life. I'm getting the rear triagle respaced and the track ends filed to accept a 120/10mm rear wheel. Some more pics are at my flickr page.

whoha! Alot of beauties here today! Yay! And yes sashae, overcast days are the best, like a huge flash bouncer. That Panasonic really got a face lift with the stem/bars and seat. Nice one!

There is actually enough metal in the world to build a bike this big.

65 cm c-t Bob Jackson. I might post more pictures if I get around to taking a better set of photos. It's been taking care of London's roads and the occasional polo match for a year and a bit.

BLACKMARKET 03-25-06 03:30 PM

yea that panasonic is nice

iamtim 03-25-06 03:51 PM

Well, this certainly isn't the caliber of some of the other bikes posted here, but here's mine:

Lucky-Charms 03-25-06 06:56 PM

iamtim, what cranks are those on your dawes?

MDRawk 03-25-06 08:10 PM

That is a really sweet bike. Actually 4 is a really unlucky number in Japan. Just a tidbit.
