eccentric BBs are common n tandems to get proper chain tension between the main crank and the stoker crank.

I agree about the paint job especially the bone font, and chalk outlines.

The wait was actually like 7 months, in part because I didn't get it until a few weeks after it was delivered. (My wife took delivery but then had to move it across the sea.)

Horizontal dropouts because trackends get you nothing. Really. A steel-on-steel interface is not going to be affected by a slight incline on the line of engagement. With horizontals, I can easily get the wheel out with fenders fitted. If the chain is tight, I don't have to break it to get it out. The brakes hold adjustment.

The tan tape and saddle would be super cool, but I'm not sure I'm in love with the brake levers. They don't actuate well from the hoods. I'm not sold on keeping the rear around. For some reason, it's just bugging me. So I have that all to sort out, but I wanted to set it all up gentlemanly like first.

Here's a "final" photo from the other day. Better angle and lighting, "mudguards".

Oh, and that Bianchi complete is indeed the hotness.

Nice touch, having the saddle and the handlebar flats match the TT angle.:D

how is it riding in the drops or just the flats? i only ask b/cs i just got a frame with that same geometry almost and am a little confused on how the most comfortable set up is going to be, while still keeping my nitto track stem. 123's are rad, but i dont want it to just for looks.

dope bike though!

Of course! How could I ride a fixed gear bike without $300 sneakers?

My DW had developed a creak thanks to a number of issues. Mainly, a loose BB cup, but also had campy cranks on a shimano bb. I overhauled it yesterday and fixed the mismatched taper problem with some sugino 75 cranks. Here it is, all refreshed and feeling awesome.
