Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. That chain is superb.
Edit: Isn't it supposed to block that? |
i guess with enough U's you can get away with it :)
|
Hehe.
You going to keep everything? |
for the time being, yes. I am in the middle of a few trades right now and it depends what I end up with and what i want to do next. deffinately not gonna ride that chain, but i'd love to put together an inch pitch group for fun.
|
Sweet.
That would be fun. I've always wanted to build a bike out of an old inch pitch or something. |
Why can't any bike shop I've been in have some of the most absurd finds just waiting for me?
|
i was there almost an hour before i talked him into letting me raid the basement. im still surprised i got away with it.

id been in there a few times, but its definitely not a shop i frequent. normally they are a bit overpriced and snobby, and since i do all my own mechanics i never have any reason to go in there. however they have been around since the 40s and i just started going off about old bikes till the guy at the counter decided i was legit... they were having a sale to get rid of some overstock, so i think that worked in my favor.

I just finished building up a new conversion from a freebie ride I got on CL..

Cool picture and sweet build Morgie.
Can't wait 'till I get a camera so I can try photography out. |
Morgie, email that picture to the guy that gave you the frame, it will put him in a good mood to see that it has been put to good use. Seriously.
