Sasha - those flat bars better be pantographed!

Well, I've got a set of 3TTT Pista bars that I'm not sure I like. I'm not sure I like the flat bars either, but the bike looked clean with them on... so yeah.

Yeah, thats why I prefaced it with "not to sound rude" I mean, we all love looking at "stylish" bikes on the interweb, and practical or not, someone rides them... I was just hoping someone could convince me they are good for something other than he owner's visual preference. Narrow, wide, whatever, ride the crap out of em and rock on. |
I like the bike, jeac.
I cut my conversion's flat bars down to the minimum also--the guys at the LBS joked that it was so I could ride with handcuffs on. added bonus, in my book. the thing is, I ride with my hands next to the stem by choice, so I see no reason to have extra **** hanging off there. and dutret, I have never lost control of my bike hitting a pothole or sewer grate, even with my hands next to my stem. even, gasp, riding without hands. chill out. also, the rossins? damn hot. |
|
endo shi- i like the paint scheme and graphics on rossins, yours especially.
edit: DOWN WITH UNICROWNS. thanks. |

Bianchi should just go ahead and release a new model:
"The San Francisco" Comes with a decal removal kit and one front aerospoke, factory installed. |
I was in freewheel about a month ago and there was a kid in there who looked aroudn 15 or 16, a little chubby with glasses and braces, and a bareknuckle with flat bars and a white aerospoke. His bike probably cost 3 times what mine did. a little of me died inside. oh well, i hope he rides the **** out of that thing, looked like he'd been stuck inside playing video games a bit too long and the exercise would do him well.

We are such teh prudes...
...probably just jealous of the kids and their snap/hyphy/poole palace/MTVCribs throwaway trend lifestyle. |
heh. ah id probably waste my money on ridiculous stuff more often if I could afford it, im not gonna lie.
stendhalian - nice sig!! |
chucksbikes tsunami singlespeed.
http://cs-people.bu.edu/bass/images/...unami-side.jpg http://cs-people.bu.edu/bass/images/...nami-front.jpg surprisingly good quality and ride. the stock paint was a little loud so i painted it flat gray and then roughed it up a bit. |
