Spot on. I'm glad you got a brake on there, too, even though I think your front rim won't be.

you can always repaint/anodize/powdercoat a NMSW rim and it will have a uniform finish in profile, unlike a machined rim. or you buy the matching NMSW wheelset and put a brake on for safety but don't use it because you don't need to. &c.

and guys, i dunno... i think the flite may have revised geometry... they don't match up on their internet geo charts.... that doesn't mean they're not the same though... they sure look the same. |

Very Photoshoped. See how the chain goes no where. If the pic were right the chain should be going right through the tire.
Unless your weren't serious, then nvmd! I'm going to have to disagree with you, the chain goes back to a smaller wheel that drives the large wheel through friction, it is obstructed obviously in the pic. |
yeah, nothing suggests a photoshop. it seems highly likely that the chain drives a roller... however, this may mean that you have to pedal backwards??? unless there's another pulley. i highly doubt that front brake would slow the bike at all with all that mass of the wheel and tire, more likely it would break something on the front.
there may be a friction brake on the back, that would do more but i doubt you'd be able to safely stop from, or get going faster than, a few miles an hour. |
I, owner of the Cinelli, am not a dickhead... I swear!
Thanks for the picture though, made my day! |
