Bikes: Pake Rum Runner

Well to start, yesterday I rode in to uni for the first time. No car problems like that but it was hot and when I got there I had a dark patch on my back where my backpack was. When I went to ride home my sit bones started to get sore. Today I woke up and went to sit on my bike only to wince in pain as soon as I sat down. My sit bones are bruised and sore

Today I found out that Leader is going to let Angie and I borrow bikes the whole time we're out in San Diego. So stoked.

Yesterday I rode 25c clincher tires for the first time. Feels like tubular. I'm never using 23c again.

Yeah that's impressive. Did you do a bunch of crits? I've only done 3 road races and 1 crit so far, so I've got a lot more work to do before moving up to 4.

You doing WPH tonight? I'm finally going to make it out.

Congrats Jandro.

Today I braved the wind and got in 28 miles. Had to walk the final two miles of the planned 30 because of a cut tire.

Bikes: purty blue undefeated II 57cm

today i went to one of the local bike shops that is a specialized dealer, we talked about my shoe and possible warranty. They said theyd get in contact with them but that i might need a receipt which i dont have so i called my old shop back in phoenix and talked to them about it and they said they would provide proof of purchase
Time is all now and hoping specialized will replace it.

No you're right, I've been very happy with Leaders products and customer service. And that's a nice gesture on Leader's part. It's just too bad most of their consumers suck hard, it makes their brand look like a joke even though it's really not.

Sweet! 10 races in 2months is a lot of racin'. Now let's see you actually score some points and get the 3 this season.
Not mocking you btw. From reading your posts, you seem be at least as strong as some of the stronger 4's in your area.

Today I rode to work in my jeans (instead of cycling kit). I think it's time to move on from 501s to something not-so-tight in the thighs

I had to put my wallet and cell phone in my coat pocket.

Great. Now I have to find a new cut of jeans. Been wearing the same cut for 10 years. ...or I can stop training and let my legs get smaller.
