Today in the span of less than an hour I impulse bought some $350+ combined worth of small cycling related items...
Today I'm considering risers for my bike.

Today I received confirmation that I did an acceptable job of installing the brakes on my new SS. Deliveryman stepped out with his keg-laden dolly into the bike lane without even a glance, and I was a-bombin'. Slammed on the brakes and skidded to a stop with merely millimeters to spare.
Finished my paper. It's A worthy.
Chem lab final tomorrow.
Stress Management final on tuesday (im so worried
)
Calc final on thursday.
Chem Lecture final next friday
Should have A's in everything.

Today I slipped off some tracks right onto my still healing clavicle. Doc says no new fractures, but isn't sure if I tore the soft bone that is still healing. Week off the bike in a sling for now :C
That blows man. I love you.

Man, you don't need to kill yourself. Just give it a week, and you'll be back to full health.

... was reminded, as I climbed a hill, of why I hate track drops.
Today I traveled from Bandung to Jakarta, to escort my friend picked up his new frameset from a local seller.
and the result...

a few minor scratch at its trackend, seattube & fork. And also the forks are already drilled but that's fine considering my friend got it for only half-price.
as for myself, still waiting for my current frameset to be sold and thankfully, because of that, I lose the half-priced Bolt I told yesterday

Went for a ride with the bike group from my old (and current cousin's) high school. Hit 52+ with a rack and panniers-

Then I ate it when some kid skidded to a stop and fishtailed in front of me when I was in the back of a paceline. I'm too old to go down like that.

This week I started my new third shift job, and I've been commuting to and from by bike. We actually have some really nice trails that basically connect my house to work, only about 7 miles one way. The worst part is all the damn hills at 6:30 in the morning when my legs are all tired from working all night.

Scored some vintage Wagner cast iron... am presently seasoning it in the oven as someone thought it was supposed to be scrubbed until it was shiny.
Do it. IIRC, you don't use the horns much anyhow.
BLOWS!!
ARGH!!! People man, WHY?
Today, I was supposed to go to a meeting at work, but when it got cancelled, I decided to ride. I hit the Lakefront Path and got in around 40-45 miles, but didn't Strava because I forgot. Lame. About a half-mile from my house a chick ran a red light and almost nailed me. I briefly considered chasing her down, but decided against it. It wouldn't have ended well for either of us.

We have some cast iron at my restaurant and my new dishwasher tried to run them through the dish-machine. He didn't realize I could freak out like that, haha.

My wife won't even touch it. She's terrified of ****ing it up.
